When Fi launched their dog activity tracker, they brought unmatched technology to the dog community. The Fi Tracker is perfect for active pups, and we made a collar that pairs perfectly with it. You can choose from a wide variety of colors to build your pup a unique collar that showcases their personality. Every Fi Dog Collar Band comes equipped with genuine Fi end-links. This collar has the Fi unit sitting on the exterior of the collar, reducing the stress on the unit. To charge your unit, we recommend leaving the unit attached to the collar and slipping it into the charging dock. This helps reduce unnecessary wear and tear.
Why BioThane®?
BioThane® is hands down the perfect material for a Fi collar for many reasons. It is extremely easy to clean; warm water and a mild detergent are all you need to remove mud and dirt. It's also fully waterproof and doesn't absorb odor like nylon collars do. The durability and longevity of the material are huge benefits for adventure-loving pups! All of our Fi collars use 1” webbing.
How do I pick my colors?
We have included a reference picture in the slides to show what each part refers to so you can make sure you select the right colors for the right parts. The collar color is the main color. The accent color designates the colors of the attachment pieces that hold the Fi End Links.
What hardware do you use?
This collar uses a heavy-duty YKK plastic buckle and your choice of additional hardware (d-ring and attachment hardware). You can choose from solid brass (gold) or a combination of stainless steel and plated brass (silver). Both options are very durable and will not rust.
How do I choose which size collar to get my dog?
This line of collars does not adjust. The only way to ensure the correct size is to properly measure your dog's neck and determine the size that will fit best. When you order a 16" collar, that means it will fit exactly 16." When measuring your dog's neck, you also need to take into account the slack needed for a good fit.
While measuring your dog's neck directly with a fabric measuring tape and adding appropriate slack (typically two fingers beneath the band, though this can vary by breed) is the best way to get your measurement, you can also measure your current quick release buckle collar and measure from the female end to the point just before the part on the male end that is inserted into the female end (sometimes referred to as the prong part of a buckle). It is extremely important not to measure the part that is inserted as this will give you a length longer than the actual measurement. Because of this, we do not recommend measuring current collars. If you insist on measuring this way, please refer to our diagram slide to see what to actually measure.
Please be sure to double check your pup's selected collar size! Ensuring size is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not accept returns or exchanges on products where the wrong size is selected. It's always best to measure twice just to be sure!
If you are unable to get an accurate measurement of your dog's neck, we do not recommend this collar.
Swapping your Fi Band:
If you need assistance swapping your Fi Band, please refer to the image in the gallery or email us for help! You need to line up the pieces right for the end links to connect with the device. You may need to be firm when pushing it on, but you do not need to use excessive force as this will risk damaging the casing on your device. Care instructions:
To clean the webbing, we recommend using warm water and a mild detergent. A sponge can be used to scrub away dirt if needed. Dry throughly with a towel after.
GeneralSafety Tips:
Inspect your gear before each use for wear and tear that could cause safety issues.
Always make sure you are clipping directly to the d-ring and not the tag ring.
Never use a leash or collar for anything other than it’s intended purpose. Misuse of gear can lead to safety issues.
Never leave your dog unattended while any gear is being worn. It is also not advised to allow your dog to drag their leash behind them on the ground.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine what gear is appropriate for their dog’s size, strength, and activity level. Mutt Pack is not liable for any injuries or damage that may occur as a result of use.
Return Policy:
We want you to dig your gear as much as we do! If you don't love your order, you can return any non-custom items that are in their original packaging and have not been used or worn within the first two weeks (14 days) of delivery.
Please note, we do not allow returns for any BioThane products as these are all custom-made items.

Love these Collars!!
This is our 4th Mutt Pack collar, for our 4th greyhound!! These are so well made, sturdy, attractive and easy to keep clean (and 2 of ours are white!) The ability to choose accent colors makes them fun and personalized for each dog. I would highly recommend these if you are thinking about it!!

So good we have 4!
We've purchased 4 of these biothane collars now, primarily because I can't settle on a color and secondly because our little pup decided she wasn't done growing yet. We love that the Fi device is external to the main band and the reflective strip is key since our one pup is black. We also really love the quick release buckle since we've had issues with other types in the past. The only thing is I wish you could offer more colors, like purple, and be able to be adjustable in this version. Our pups play, swim, run amok and the Fi device has never fallen off, never smell and the collars are in great condition. Thanks for helping us keep our pups safe!
