BioThane® Meets the Fi Smart Dog Activity Tracker
When Fi launched their dog activity tracker, they brought unmatched technology to the dog community. The Fi Tracker is perfect for active pups, and we made a collar that pairs perfectly with it. You can choose from a wide variety of colors to build your pup a unique collar that showcases their personality. Every Fi Dog Collar Band comes equipped with genuine Fi end-links. All you have to do is attach your tracker and you're ready to go!
The "Over Collar" version of our Fi collar is designed to reduce stress on the Fi unit itself since the unit sits on top of the collar as opposed to being built in-line with it. It is also available in reflective in a separate listing!
To charge your unit, we recommend leaving the unit attached to the collar and slipping it into the charging dock. This helps reduce unnecessary wear and tear.

Why BioThane®?
BioThane® is hands down the perfect material for a Fi collar for many reasons. It is extremely easy to clean; warm water and a mild detergent are all you need to remove mud and dirt. How do I pick my colors?
We have included a reference picture in the slides to show what each part refers to so you can make sure you select the right colors for the right parts. The collar color selection designates the main color. The strap keeper and accent color selection designates the color for the strap keeper and the Fi link holders. For example, in the featured picture, the parts are as follows:

What hardware do you use?
Our Fi Dog Collar Bands are all made with your choice of top quality hardware options.
Our gold hardware option features 100% solid brass hardware. Brass is an amazing hardware choice for dog products because it is fully rustproof and holds up well in terms of durability. After extended use (especially in water) the finish may patina over time so if you prefer hardware that will keep it's sheen, we recommend choosing our silver option.
Our silver hardware option features a combination of stainless steel and nickel plated brass so you never have to worry about rust. The hardware we use is designed to be very strong and durable.
We also offer the option to add grommets to the adjustment holes to add additional reinforcement if your dog is a strong puller. They can add a little style to your gear too!
How do I choose which size collar to get my dog?
For best fit, measure your pup's neck and choose the size where your measurement fits roughly in the middle. If you prefer less overhang, choose a size where your measurement is towards the high end of the collar's range. For example, a 15" neck would fit in the Medium range best and a 22" neck would fit the XL range best. The sizes for our Fi collars are slightly different from our so please keep that in mind.
It is also important to note that this collar uses heavy-duty materials (both the webbing and hardware) and is not recommended for small dogs, or dogs that need a lightweight collar as this adds significant weight. It is up to the customer to decide if this style of collar is appropriate for their dog, though we typically recommend these collars for dogs 35lbs and up.

(Due to customer request, we have increased the overall adjustment of each size, making them one inch tighter as of April 5th, 2022. This is not reflected in the sizes listed as these sizes are designed so the tail of the adjustment strap does not overlap or block the Fi unit visually. The extra inch allows the collar tighten more than the sizes listed to help account for customer error when measuring and to give more flexibility for growing pups. For example, a large which is ideally suited for 17-20 inch neck size, will now measure 16-20 inches in adjustment range.)
Please be sure to double check your pup's collar size! Ensuring size is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not accept returns or exchanges on products where the wrong size is selected. It's always best to measure twice just to be sure!
Swapping your Fi Band:
If you need assistance swapping your Fi Band, please refer to the image in the gallery or email us for help! You need to line up the pieces right for the end links to connect with the device. You may need to be firm when pushing it on, but you do not need to use excessive force as this will risk damaging the casing on your device. General Safety Tips:
- Inspect your gear before each use for wear and tear that could cause safety issues.
- Always make sure you are clipping directly to the d-ring and not the tag ring.
- Never use a leash or collar for anything other than it’s intended purpose. Misuse of gear can lead to safety issues.
- Never leave your dog unattended while any gear is being worn. It is also not advised to allow your dog to drag their leash behind them on the ground.
