Our Biothane® quick release collars are waterproof, stink-proof, highly-durable, soft to the touch, and feature a variety of color choices! We offer two choices of hardware; "Gold (Solid Brass)" and "Silver (Stainless Steel/Plated Brass)." Both are rust-proof and highly durable.

Please be sure to double check your pup's collar size! Ensuring size is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not accept returns or exchanges on products where the wrong size is selected. To properly measure your dog's current collar, lay it flat and measure from the center bar of the buckle to the hole you use for proper fit. It's always best to measure twice just to be sure!
General Safety Tips:
We want you to dig your gear as much as we do! If you don't love your order, you can return any non-custom items that are in their original packaging and have not been used or worn within the first two weeks (14 days) of delivery.
Please note, we do not allow returns for any BioThane products as these are all custom-made items and we do not allow returns on discounted or clearanced products.
For custom (all BioThane) products, please reach out if you have any questions before ordering. If you would like to preview a color palette we can assist with that to make sure your design is to your liking. It is also important to note that it is the buyer's responsibility to properly measure their dog. Please verify that you are measuring correctly for the item you are buying as we do not accept returns if the wrong size is ordered. I own at least 15 of these collars- they're super durable, easy to adjust, easy to clip on (I get the alpine cobra buckle), easy to clean, so perfectly made, they've lasted years and still look brand new! Also have to match every tag and MP has every color!!
I came across Mutt Pack while on the hunt for an alternative to the (discontinued) Ruffwear collar our last dog wore for 13 years. I needed something waterproof, stinkproof, and easy to clean, bonus points for aesthetics. Though I can’t yet speak for longevity, this collar so far meets or exceeds my expectations in all other ways! The color is gorgeous, the hardware appears to be quality and durable, it shipped and arrived much faster than anticipated, and I very much appreciated the plastic-free packaging! This degree of attention to detail has me hopeful that this collar (and the dog that wears it!) will last another 13+ years. Just what I was looking for! Reflective and waterproof for the dark, snowy Wisconsin winters! Buckle is heavy duty and will definitely hold up.
