Our BioThane Puppy & Small Dog Collar is made with 3/4" BioThane webbing and is our most lightweight collar option. While all of our other collars have the adjustment holes spaced 1" apart, our puppy collars are spaced 1/2" apart to better accommodate smaller necks.
Hardware: We offer two choices of hardware; "Gold (Solid Brass)" and "Silver (Stainless Steel/Plated Brass)." Both are rust-proof and highly durable.

For best fit, measure your pup's neck and choose the size where your measurement fits roughly in the middle. If your puppy is still growing, choosing a size with more room is best so you will get more out of the collar.
Please be sure to double check your pup's collar size! Ensuring size is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not accept returns or exchanges on products where the wrong size is selected. To properly measure your dog's current collar, lay it flat and measure from the center bar of the buckle to the hole you use for proper fit. If you do not have currently have a tongue buckle collar, use a fabric measuring tape and measure around your dog's neck where the collar properly sits. Make sure to add appropriate slack beneath the band when taking this measurement.
It's always best to measure twice just to be sure!
General Safety Tips:
We want you to dig your gear as much as we do! If you don't love your order, you can return any non-custom items that are in their original packaging and have not been used or worn within the first two weeks (14 days) of delivery.
Please note, we do not allow returns for any BioThane products as these are all custom-made items and we do not allow returns on discounted or clearanced products.
For custom (all BioThane) products, please reach out if you have any questions before ordering. If you would like to preview a color palette we can assist with that to make sure your design is to your liking. It is also important to note that it is the buyer's responsibility to properly measure their dog. Please verify that you are measuring correctly for the item you are buying as we do not accept returns if the wrong size is ordered. International (non-U.S.) orders are also not eligible for returns.
I;ve used Biothane collars and leashes for years. They are very strong; i.e., stronger than nylon or leather, easy to clean (I use dish detergent), and never smell like nylon collars do. They are also waterproof.
