When Fi launched their dog activity tracker, they brought unmatched technology to the dog community. Each of our Fi Dog Collar Bands comes equipped with genuine Fi end-links. All you have to do is attach your tracker and you're ready to go! Charging with this collar is also a breeze. Simply slide the charging dock between the unit and the band and let it charge - you do not need to take the unit off for charging.

If you need assistance swapping your Fi Band, please refer to the image in the gallery or email us for help! You need to line up the pieces right for the end links to connect with the device. You may need to be firm when pushing it on, but you do not need to use excessive force as this will risk damaging the casing on your device. We want you to dig your gear as much as we do! If you don't love your order, you can return any non-custom items that are in their original packaging and have not been used or worn within the first two weeks (14 days) of delivery.
Please note, we do not allow returns for any BioThane products as these are all custom-made items.

If you would like to preview a color palette we can assist with that to make sure your design is to your liking. It is also important to note that it is the buyer's responsibility to properly measure their dog. Please verify that you are measuring correctly for the item you are buying as we do not accept returns if the wrong size is ordered. I kept thinking I was going to sew a new collar for our dog, and even got the reflective webbing. But I wasn't getting to it, and he was looking so drab in the dirty yellow Fi Collar. This collar was not too expensive but seems luxurious and its red, which is the really the best color for the dog's complexion.
A big improvement over the standard Fi band! I like that the Fi module is not ‘load bearing’ and does not rub directly on the dog’s coat. Very impressed with the both the quality of the collar and the shipping speed! I ordered the collar and was notified not 20 minutes later that the shipping label had been created, collar was received just a few days later. Great service, great product. Thanks!
Much better than the Fi supplied collar. Lighter, stronger and the Fi unit sits on the collar is not a structural part of the collar. Customer service was great!

I ordered this color for one of my three dogs, because her collars have always been red, and Fi didn’t offer that color as an option. Thoroughly impressed with Mutt Pack collar. Great design, very durable, and putting on the Fi tracker was very easy. Like other commenters, I love that the Fi fits on top of the collar vs. being a connecting piece of the collar. I’ll be ordering 2 more for my other dogs.
